Mrs. Yamel Zedeno is the post-closing manager at Sperry & Hatley, P.C. Mrs. Zedeno manages all post-closing tasks and funding for firm clients. While the closing itself is often the finish line for the buyer and seller, as post-closing manager, she continues to work behind the scenes on the final details of the transaction. Mrs. Zedeno takes steps to approve funds according to the contract and documents received throughout the closing process. This allows for a smooth transaction from seller to buyer by preparing funds for attorney approval and disbursement.

Yamel was born in Ecuador and moved to North Carolina in 2006. She now resides in Indian Land, South Carolina, with her husband. Yamel enjoys spending her free time traveling with family, eating at new restaurants, and touring wineries.
